With the round helmet puts it past 1940ish if American. Think they started making little green Army men in the 50's. Good luck.

Amazing how we used to give children Lead toys to play with.
True that! My dad had a kit for casting lead toys and when we were kids we had lead ribbon icicles on the Christmas tree.
