Olive Fork?

I was wondering if anybody has seen something like this, looks like an olive fork maybe or something small, it is the size of a baby spoon. The only mark on the entire thing says "SWEDEN". Also appears to be a dancing lady on the handle. Thank you for any information, paid 1 dollar for it at an estate sale.
