lol, he is kind of cute. Looks like he has been swimming; should get a pic of that. Get yourself an outside cat though, and these guys should disappear. Unless, your cat brings them back to your door step to show you what he found.

You tie a piece of cheese to a fishing line and cast near him.
Give the the bait a jerk here and there and let sit until the rings of water disappear. Jerk again. The Mouse should violently attack the cheese for the kill. He will then chase the bait to dry ground, where it will be safe.

i'd kick that sucker and see how far he flew.you need to read up on all the nasty stuff they carry.never know what you might catch from those little critters.
