Went out to my favorite place yesterday and continued with my dry spell. My buddy (cars91rs) had a better day. He found and old gun, a led toy solider on a horse and and ax head. The horse shoes never let me down i always find a bunch of those. I found my usually bullets and casings along with a partial pocket watch. The coins have eluded me using my AT Gold. Thats 4 out 4 of my last visits to Oro and no liberty V Nickels. We did have a great time hitting those mountains (11 hrs) and the best part, was grilling some beer brats. Thanks for the ride up there car91rs had a great time.

That knife on your ax head looks like a old style Army mess kit knife. It probably has an aluminum handle on it and a date. I bet 1940ish. BTW, I like your avatar.

hell yeah buddy we need go again.lol its there man.

Great finds (and photographs) Yankee! Thanks for sharing...

I have never seen that many cans. Somebody was a serious canned goods fanatic.

Enjoyed the pics T. Y. Cool looking site!

that mountain of rust is something else - for sure - wonder if there are some old beer cans hiding in there......

Now that is my kind of country. Love the desert. Congrats on the finds!

Killer looking site, awesome scenery and grilling beer brats** DANG** ! That's my kind of hunt!

Thanks Mr. B, I think the best picture would've been of the small grill with the brats while the sun was going down. To bad my phones battery died lol. Next time

Man what Cool Country, looks like U guys had a great day even if the relics were in hiding.

All those iron cans are a MD's Nite-Mare.
Thanks for the show.
