I am just down the road, and know how you feel. I was born to poor parents, so I have to work five days a week. I only get to hunt on the weekends, and this time of year, you just never know about the rain. I hunted on Saturday as hard as I could hunt, because I knew that it was going to rain all day on Sunday. Now I have to work Monday through Friday, and guess what they are calling for next Saturday...

I moved from Seattle to Phoenix to get out of the rain for a while...finally hiked the famous Lost Dutchman trail last weekend...beautiful, just awesome!

Guess whose off Saturday for the first time in over a month? =( last Saturday I hit a small house site behind my work for about 45 minutes and it started to rain so I headed home. found like 10 coins, all modern clad. ill hit it some more when the weather clears up. I know theres something out there.

My last 3 hunts have been on days that it rained from the time I got up until the time I went to bed. Was still able to pull a 1917 Merc, 3 Wheaties, a Skeleton Key and over $5 clad.
