I love this forum and would love to be a moderator. Working in law enforcement has helped me keep my cool when others are irate and has taught me to simmer the situation by remaining calm when all else is a mess. Treasurenet is by far the best forum out there and would love to help in any way possible.

somehow I imagine this desire will make you last on the list. MY experience has shown me that the more one wants something the less he deserves it. But at least you have goals.

Can't argue with you there but Jeff everyone deserves a chance at becoming something great. And you know what i wanted to be a cop too. And if someone had said what you just stated room me before i became one i would have given up and never became a sheriffs deputy. Everyone has their own opinion and people who treat people with respect and dignity will always get the same in return.

So when i wanted to be a cop so bad and tried so many times at all the physical agility tests and backgrounds and everything else i didn't deserve that either. Or when i wanted to show my superiors that i could handle the job at a supervisor level and rank up i didn't deserve that either. Or the when i taught kids the important use of metal detecting in crime scene work that was probably dumb too. Btw you didn't push my buttons if that was the goal im just saying anyone who wants to be someone someday whether its a mod a cop or a supervisor at a local dennys should never give up there dreams. And yes if you want it you deserve it

Haha. No really she is good. She wont care. We trade off. I go detecting and she goes shopping. Could be like my dad and twin brother having to go detecting with a Bluetooth on cause their wives constantly harass them out in the field;-)
