You know, the crazy thing I saw was nothing out of the ordinary.
I grew up watching all the TV shows of the era, Venice Beach, all the beautiful beach babes on roller blades. I fantasized that it was the place to be. When I finally got to visit years later, all I got to see was two tweakers having a knife fight over someone's half-abandoned can of beer. Garbage everywhere and homeless camps with destroyed pieces of humanity begging for money or asking for crack. And a guy with his pants down doing a turd in the middle of the street.
That said here are many other places in the world like that too. Sometimes the reality is far different from the image portrayed in film and pictures.
In the West, male masculinity has been nuked by toxic feminism wanting to wear the pants, creating men into piss-weak new-age guys, straw men. Well, those new age guys go to places like Russia, Ukraine, and even the former Baltic soviet states. Women like men to lead and wear the pants. If you are a new-aged guy shaped by the Western trends, you will get eaten alive by them. They like strong men who wear the pants. If they see you as weak, they will not respect you, treat you like shit, and eat you alive.
Women in the West have a privileged narcissism under the mask of feminism. In ex soviet states as well as many other countries, women have to fight for men. It's getting worse for them as Putin has put over a million men through the meat grinder. So that is why they are keen to look after themselves and look their best to attract men. Dressing to impress.
In areas that have lost affluence due to various economic reasons, you will not see many beautiful women walking about.

In Provincial Bulgarian town in the 2010s - 2021 where a lot of people ( not only the local vegetable market sales-men and women ) were still buying Cheap coffee like Euro 0.15- Euro 0.4 per Paper cup, sometime many times per day. From vending machines that are everywhere.....even positioned by the corner or sidewall of official coffee shops and fast food places!
,I have seen Middle-age Gypsy women dressed just like the Miscow girls amd women. Sometime you would see even a woman in her 60s dressed like that.
Well those times are almost gone now as these coffee vending machines I think now start at 50 Euro cents.
But there is always a more remote one in a remote neighborhood where ot offers lower price.
And these coffees are so Good! Lavaza, Cappuccino, you name it.
But you have to drink it in your car or most often sitting on an old wooden bench. Or on a concrete Sidewall of some sort. Or on concrete stairs. Anywhere you find is allowed.
And 1 early morning around 7 20 Am I was standing nearby a small Exchange bureau by 2 vending machines right next to each other. 2 or 3 locals were talking ( it was summer 2020 or 2021 Covid ) and I heard the owner of 1 of those 2 machines say " .....the Town Officials will never make me shut my machine! They would have to send someone with an Axe to chop it down to pieces !! "
Of course they are paying rent for the 1 sq Meter space....
But it was Covid. The person was saying this machine was the source of his livelihood....
Anyway, the Gypsy ( and not only ) sexy dressed women don't always have to find a European capital affluent area.
And if you want to see women dressed like that. Go no further than the Central Open Market .
Its hot out there and It ould be too hot working with too much clothes on anyways.
And keep buying and drinking small paper cup coffees and yiu don't need no TV !
