is located in Baker County, Grant County, Harney County, Lake County, Malheur County,
Union County or Wallowa County is not subject to requirements for uses in exclusive farm use zones
and statewide land use planning goals and rules relating to land use. still has sage grouse problems.

this bill was a gut and stuff, it was completely changed in late May.
might bring some mining jobs back to Oregon, maybe build up mining schools.
might be time to invest in the Grassy Mountain Mine;

want to be a big time player here is all you have to do; (just the baseline study)

I believe today (Friday July 7) was the last day of the (Oregon) 2017 session. Anybody got a complete list of "mining" related bills passed this year? I've been cooking up a fairly intimidating course of action towards one of the States gov. agencies and will hopefully post the outcome soon. Stay tuned....

Good on you mendoAu !!Keeping abreast of what our socalled "representatives" are doing behind our back is a full time job for just our own state , not to mention our Country! The greenies , wacoenviromentalists , and the wacoenviromentalterriorists are into it BIG TIME ! We need to keep on our toes as to whats going on or get passed by the roadside!
