Oriental coin IDs

Oriental coin ID's

Can anyone tell me how to go about researching a couple oriental coins? They are both modern. One has a bald guy looking left obverse, with a 1 on the reverse. All asian writing. Size of a penny.

The other has a bald guy with mustache facing slightly left forward on obverse with asian writing. Has number 10 on reverse with flowers. Size of a half dollar or Susan B.

Found the first one on ebay.I think the year is close but different. Second symbol to left of head is different.
