I was going to put up a close up picture of it but the one I have is blurry so at another time I will get a better one and post it.

It is probably a seagull, that is my guess anyway.

here is yet another different looking bird found at the scattered village site in mandan north dakota and on display at the mandan library
i don't understand why this one looks kinda like a parrot?
