Ouija boards---what's your story?
This seems like a good time for the topic, and Marc's story is certainly compelling. When I read it, I was reminded of an experience I had a long time ago with an Ouija board.
We were teenagers (like I said, a long time ago) someone had an Ouija board at a party at a friends house. We asked it the standard questions, and when it was my turn I asked it who I would get married to. (16 years old, go figure)
Anyhow, the board spelled out the name 'FRED'. We all got a big hoot out of it and continued on doing things we were probably not supposed to be doing.
A little over 10 years later I finally got married. It was some time after that I saw another Ouija board and remembered my earlier experience. I got a cold shiver down my spine. My wife, Freda, never really believed the story... Too bad I didn't ask the board what kind of a person she would turn out to be
I've never been brave enough to put my hands on another planchette since.
