Ouija boards---whats your story?

Re: Ouija boards---what's your story?

Had one and played with it for probably 10 years for fun with friends and just got general answers.

I put it away for years, and one day got it out much to the dismay to my husband, who was violently opposed to "such a thing." He objected so much, I put it away, but one day with friends, we got it out and started playing with it. The thing started moving with only MY fingers on it, no one else's, though others were present. I asked certain questions and away it went with very definitive answers. This spooked the crap out of me. THAT had never happened. Others tried it and it was very active. Very unusual stuff.

The questions we asked were specific to what kind of spirits we were talking to and who they were. This thing reacted! It was so weird, we shut it down and it went in the garbage the next day. Haven't had another one since. That was 20+ years ago, and I won't have one in my house now. And I'm in my 60s. Not a child.

I can swear, though, that in all the times I played with the Ouija Board, I NEVER "pushed" with my hands or fingers. It moved on its own. Very rarely, too, were fingers actually resting on it. Just poised above or barely touching. There are strange things in this universe, and I believe it.

Back in the early 80's I lived on a dead end road right next to the town dump . Every saturday after it closed I would sneek through the the woods to go pick it . I would find lots of good stuff that I would fix up an sell at a flea market .
One day , in some ones trash I found a OUIJA board that had been ripped up into tiny pieces , I also found some Junk mail with the owners name and address . I brought the pieces home , spent over an hour taping it back together . Then , after midnight I drove to the address and tossed it on their lawn .

That sounds like a dirty trick to play on someone.
Also sounds like something that I would do.
Would like to have seen the look on their faces.
