Hello Everyone,
Today my daughter and I went on a short woods hunt, since most of the areas we hunt were muddy and still frozen. We used the Whites V3i today (Gain=13, Sens=77 and a handful of other settings). The signals were few and far between, but we still had fun! The bulk of the finds were small metal junk and modern shotgun shells, but we did manage to find a cool relic and a first for us coin recovery. The first photo is an old house switch assembly, cool and makes sense since the area once had 8 early homes on the land. The second is my daughter holding the coin after she recovered it. Last photo shows a toasted 185x Flying Eagle Cent…our first ever!
Thank you for looking.
