My kinda dinner! Campfire Saute mushrooms & onions/Cherrywood smoked sausages.

That's my kind of cooking and camping. A wood campfire, no propane.

I would put a blanket on the ground and sleep there.

Here's a pic of the kitchen in my shack in the mekong delta. We always cook like this.
The kitchen is on stilts and sits over a small muddy creek.
