Outdoor seating available

Out SW of Leadville over towards Independence Pass scouting the country today. Saw this road going straight up a hill, about a quarter mile and very steep, and took 4WD to keep from sliding back. After we made it up onto the flat top, there's two sets of chair swings basically in the middle of nowhere. They had a box with a notebook and pencil and people from pretty much all over had signed it and left short messages. I was thinkin 'what kind of fool would veer off the beaten path on a straight up road to no where...' then I remembered where I was. Might be cool to go back there this summer and sit around and just see what kind of people drive up there. I'd probably like to visit with that sort of person.
