Oval Buckle, & a What's it?

Hello all,,,
Got out for about an hour this morning. Temp was showing 42 degrees, but it felt like 24

Managed to find a nice pewter? buckle. It measures about 3-1/8" x 2-3/16".

Also, found somekind of small copper shoot? It measures 2-3/4" x 2-3/8" and has the word, " Majestic " inscribed across the bottom. Not sure what it was used for but it looks like it was mounted to something and had a small square slot for you to drop something/things into? beats me... I was thinking about mounting it to top of a wooded box and use it to drop my clad into...

Hope ya all have a Very Merry Christmas, & a Happy new year!
Good luck, & Happy hunting~

Here's a plate from an old Majestic wood stove. Lots of Majestic possibilities out there huh?

I love finding old plates and other old ornimental objects as lond as I can get an ID on them.
If I can't get an ID on 'em, they drive me crazy...

Good luck, & Happy hunting~
