4 - 6 pork chops 1/2" thick
Dijon mustard
Italian bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 375. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Coat both sides of each pork chop with Dijon mustard. Dredge each chop in bread crumbs, shake off excess. Place on coated cookie sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until done. Do not turn over while baking.
