Found this on the Huron River while out fishing. I noticed it sticking out half buried and dug it out. Looks hand carved, possibly Indian artifact?

I forgot to mention in my earlier post that the one my Mom had was part of a macrame hanger for plants.The macrame went through it and she put fake flowers in the top part and had a planter below.
