How could we possibly know with what you've provided?

Who painted it? What are the dimensions of it?

It's likely worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

The face is of an angel, holding up the Virgin Mary, and symbolizing the union between heaven and earth. Note the wings either side. The painting is a copy of the image on a tilmahtli (cactus fibre cloak) currently housed in the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico City.

The original image on the cloak is said to have been given to the Aztec Indian Juan Diego after he experienced a series of Marian apparitions in December 1531.

When the painted copy was produced, by whom, or what it's worth, I don’t know but it’s a very widely copied miraculous image.

Thank you Red Coat. Your knowledge, or ability to find information just amazes me....
