Great find ! I can still remember seeing mine come to light. Like slow motion. Congrats and continued good hunting.

Now that’s a real “eye popper,” Congratulations!

Congratualtions on the BIG silver recovery! :occasion14:

still waiting for one (or a hundred)

Not sure if it's your first Silver dollar but, congrats on the First Peace Dollar and notching it off the list. Not an easy task either. Well done!:hello2:

Very nice, congrats! :occasion14:

Thanks everyone

I just decided that 2018 will be my year to find a Silver Dollar.
Congratulations on a Beautiful Coin.

Piece out!!!! Sweet coin. Great find

Great find, congratulations!

That’s a killer find. Big silver gives me a silver buzz. I’m jonesing after yesterday... my buddy scored 3 silvers and I got none. Hope you dig another soon!

I would love to know more about the location you found the dollar--rural, residential--was it a place you would expect to find a coin? It is always interesting to try to piece together a coin's possible history--who might have lost it and under what circumstances? A couple of lifetimes ago, someone was very bummed about losing their dollar, and now you are overjoyed to find their dollar, so the circle has been closed at long last. Congratulations on the nice find and motivating post.
