Pelican Lake?

A guy over on Reddit posted this sweet looking point he personally found in central Nebraska. I guessed Pelikan Lake? Any idea on the material?

In my opinion the notches are too large for Pelican lake, Im`thinking more on Pulaski especially with the nice collateral flaking. Material reminds me of yellow jasper. A beautiful well executed point!

Nice point!
Considering the find location and how it appears in the image I would say it is made of a very good grade of Smoky Hill silicified chalk (SHSC), also called Niobrara jasper.
