Penny error yay or ney??

So, i went through a box of cents last night that produced some nice results. Got a 1910, and two 1937 along with 13 other wheat cents. However, my best find is pictured below. I believe I have found my first error coin. Do any of yall have any thoughts on the type of error and a possible price tag??

If you are referring to the blisters under the copper plating especially pronounced in the "In God We Trust", then there is no added value. Blistering in zincolns is rather common.

Took it with my phone "Android Razor" did a fair amount of editing to the picture to get it that clear though
