I have Gotten a few rolls of both issues of 2009 pennys which has worked out well with e-bay.Am hoping to get more of the 3rd issue,Does anyone know when and where they are going to have there big release at.THanks jon

At the release of the second one, there was a limit of 5 rolls. It took hours to get through the line. Also, buyers of others rolls could not be conducted on-site. It is probably easier to sit at home and order the limit on line. Just be sure to have your friends order for you as multiple orders to the same billing address are canceled.

The 2nd release was in Lincoln City, IN. You were allowed to buy a maximum of 6 rolls per time through the line. Yes there was no buying allowed on site but I was able to get through the line twice. Tried to list on ebay but didn't have any luck yet. The 3rd release will be in Springfield, IL but I don't have any other details. The order from the mint was limited to 5 2-roll sets of the P and D uncirculated sets.
