Penny stock

Rjk Explorations have been searching for the source of the 800 carot Nippissing Diamond. Not like other penny stocks, they are searching, and have discovered multiple kimberlite locations, along with securing 100% rights to the claims in the area. Cobalt, and Silver areas. Right now the stock is under 20 cents. Me, knowing little, wonder what a stock like that would go to, if they did locate the big diamond source?

Hypothetically if they did locate big Diamonds, what happens to the penny stock? Can it go above $5.00 per share, and does the corporation change the stock from otc to a diffrent stock exchange?

I found my answer. Yes a Corp can go big, and change to regular stock. I'm not suggesting anyone trade penny stocks, unless you know what your doing. I did learn that Amazon not quite a penny stock in 1997 one stock was $18, now one share is $28,000.
