Perfect tourist day

We wound up with about 6 inches of snow last night and maybe more on the way. It's Saturday, so traffic was pretty much backed up from Main Street here all the way to Breckenridge. And one pic for olegoat. Besides having winter type clothes, we got the equipment to clear that stuff out. (heehee)

See? Snow belongs in a place like that. to see so much of it on the plains just makes one wonder if the inhabitants ARE equipped, (and clothed) enough to handle it. I'm not daunted, while everyone leaves to spend spring break skiing or doing whatever they do in Padre, I'll be welcoming spring. The critters are saying it's close.

yep nice equipment for snow moving, the state here does the road through
our little town, just salt brine and plow now, the county boys (one of which
i was for 18 yrs, retired 6 yrs now) use salt and plows, we have a lot of mt
roads and last snow them boys worked from friday straight through til
sunday evening, boy am i glad i am retired from that mess.
was that enough snow for the skiers to play
