Perm regional city. I live north of 200 km from Perm.
Snow very much, but in almost none. Today I walked on the frozen river to the island to find the metal detector. High River is already snow-free.

Somehow I never equated Ostrich and snow together, neat town though I could have done without the snow pics lol. (winter just ending here 7 months of it)

Perm is a beautiful city. Time takes its old buildings and getting low.

great photos, I agree...I, to, enjoy the photos from a far away place.........can you explain to me the photo of the bear on what appears to be a grave.... famous person? and anything significant on the train engine?

Bear has always been a symbol of strength and wisdom of the Russian. He does not like to attack first and is considered the king of local forests. The emblem of the Perm region also has a bear. This monument is a sign of respect for this beast.


This locomotive was made in 1902 and he worked 1952.Eto memory of people, the good old car.
