Permits & POO's

We have a permit and POO pending in Idaho for almost 2 years. Each mining season, it seems that Ranger A has moved on and now Ranger B has to start all over.
Is any one else out there experiencing these type of delays.
No wonder there are so many adds for claims and heavier equipment!

The ranger shuffle is in direct proportion to the whole areas managers personal game plan. Each is king in his own domaine and administers rules and regs in his own translation and personal beliefs.Hence if a ranger is not green enough it's adios!! Unfit.can't fire just shuffle'm away.Adnauseatum!!Tons a au 2 u 2-john :P
