Found this button while detecting my back yard. Can find no information on it. Did they make a personalized button or is this a common button. It says W.

Google's AI overview claims that W James was a button maker located at that address in London sometime between 1860 and 1900. I have no idea if that is correct or not, it's just about the only thing that an internet search came up with.
