Picked up a USB Digital Microscope with pics

I picked up a new usb digital microscope a few weeks ago. Paid under $50 for it. Bought it mainly for looking for errors,dd, etc. while crhing. It has 2 light settings and a video setting. I was a little skeptical about the quality for under $50 but the pics look pretty good I think. The big question is how long will it last. What do you guys think?

I didn't either on my iPhone but now that i'm on my lap top they are there.

Hey Dark, It is somewhat of a generic brand I think. I bought it off Ebay. The invoice reads Item: iT33 Description: 2mp Digital Microscope 40~800X iT33. Do a search and you should be able to pull it up. If not pm me and I can give you the auction #.

I think it takes some pretty crisp up close shots. I use a bulky stereoscopic microscope and I simply take the photos through the eye piece. It's pretty antiquated but it's worked out for me so far.

I picked one up too but I have not been able to get it to work under WIN 7. Anyone have any suggestions? I have searched for updated drivers but haven't found one for WIN 7. It loads the drivers when I plug it in but the software says to plug it in, not detected.

Use different software.

It sounds like works just a scanner.

Open your photo software , go to image -> acquire image.

Of google it with win 7 in your search
