Piece of farm machinery or something more exciting?

Hi all, Not sure if this is just some part of farm machinery or anything else......
I found it about 15" down, been finding plenty of coins, thimbles (2) and buckles from around the 1800's here but this was a bit further out in the field....

Diameter is approx 70mm and height from flat to top point is approx 14/15mm

3 holes for fixing

The centre dome has the large "nipple" (ooh err missus) surrounded by 4 smaller nipples....they are not perfectly spaced and the centre one is off centre...

Sheid Bosses are similar, but heavier, but they are usually decorated and made from Bronze, although they were made from Iron, they didn't survive well
