Pin pointing

Just wondering if anyone else has trouble with the pin pointing feature on the triple score? I’ve hunting for over 25 yrs with other detectors,but not having much luck using the pin pointing feature. Any suggestions? It doesn’t seem to stay on long enough when I am getting close to the object.

No triple score experience, but the Legend is a weird machine whilst trying to pin-point... comparing to minelab equinox range, the whole pin-point thing is a mess with Nokta.. not least the half button, small and awkward, the whole situation is tedious..
And the handheld pin-pointer that came in my Legend package is another disappointing piece of kit... nowhere near the standard of the XP Mi range...
