Go to harbor Freight and buy this one
Currently priced at $16.99
When you get paid, I recommend that the cheapest you go is $89 for a Deteknix. I use a Garrett Propointer and am upgrading to the Garret Carrot in December.

If you can afford the $60, I'd go ahead and get it.

Garrett's are great pinpointer so. If you can get a used one for $60 great. Otherwise I wouldn't waste money on the cheaper one. Just save up til you can buy a Garrett.
