Plate ID needed

It's made of heavy brass and would have had 4 attachments soldered to the back as evidenced by the solder marks. I've been hunting an early 19th. cent. homesite where I had found 1/3 of a Va. plate. Was wondering if anyone knows what period this is? Any help or reference photo would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the ID! That's it. I was wondering if it was possibly CW era. Gonna have to go back and try to find the hooks!!

I was thinking about those hooks myself. I knew I had seen that plate before, just had to find it. I'm glad I was able to.
