think I could order a PA plate from her ?

Driver Caught With Fake Massachusetts License Plate
when a trooper pulled a car over on Interstate 391 in Chicopee around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, she took a closer look at the license plate because something seemed odd. It wasn’t a newly designed plate.
It was actually just a piece of cardboard.
The 20-year-old woman driving the vehicle was charged with driving with a suspended license and a revoked registration and attaching false plates.
Moral of the Story, If you Shouldn't be Driving
