playing lets fool the detector guy

got another variant of lets mess w the detector guy today.

man came over to ask if i will look for gold ring just lost.

barely begin searching and the girlfriend admits she hid it as a joke.

i beleive the whole idea was to call attention of the large group he was with

to the fact that he owns an expensive gold ring.

gold sure looked pretty in the sand for a second.

im like why dont i find this while im picking up my 2 bux in change

the whole event lasted 5 min so no biggie

Seems the girl friend had a change of heart watching you try to help. I usually get the "Rolex lost over by the buoy" from a guy with an earring.

Amen on the Rolex. No telling how many times we have heardd thatone. My reply is there must be ton of lost rolex but all I ever find are good ole timex. They leave and I continue on.
