A local facebook buy/sell/trade group just had a post that grabbed my attention:
"I have 5 1877 .9999 pure 50 dollar coins. 2 1921. 1 1891. 5-1922. 1-1923. 1-1925 liberty dollars. & other coins & silver certificates make offers."

What is a vague estimate of what you experts think I should offer?

Impossible to say when all the picture shows is the copy gold/clad coins and the dollar. As a blind offer probably a few dollars each for the $50s, and the weight in silver for the silver coins. You'd want to make sure the other coins are legit.

All 5 would. They are just cheap coins, and if that's the pic he uses, I would really question if the other coins are real. Probably not worth it.

I'd "pass" on the coins and ask to see the silver certs. Please post close ups of the face side of the silver certs if you can; we'll give you an estimate of their value if you have any interest.

Those "gold" coins are just plated in gold....not solid gold......and a very thin plating at that. If you paid $59 for all 5, you didn't get hurt too bad but $59 ea. would be way too much. Circulated 1921 Morgans are just worth the silver value, currently around $25. Silver Certificate price will depend on condition, date, mint, signatures, etc.

I have not bought anything yet. Awaiting pictures from the seller. Sounds like everything is still available for sale which goes with what y'all are saying about those "50 gold coins" being overpriced!
