Please help me sparkling rock

I found this rock in Washington,DC in the NW area.
It is sparkling all over with cooper looking flakes on the side view.

Sparkling & flakes makes me think of mica or pyrite, can't tell too much by picture.

The white specks are the sparkle from the rock so, not cooper flakes as a reflection of Metallic. Some green spots that don’t come off.
