Please help with buttons

These three (millitary?) buttons were found on a Kentucky outing this past weekend. If anyone can help ID them I would greatly appreciate it.

Welcome to Treasurenet Arthur! The one on the bottom right could very well be an old US Navy button, but a very similar pattern was also on civilian blazers. Bottom left maybe British of some sort? Top one looks like ones I've seen posted here before, but I can't recall the specifics about them -- 1820's comes to mind. Well, none of this is much help, I know...mostly I just thought I'd welcome you and bring your thread back to the top of the "what's it?" forum. Oh, also, it would be helpful in ID'ing them to know what the backmarks are on them. (I'm guessing the front of the one on top is flat/plain?).
