Plehbah Inspired..... Update... Trade Token Info!

Nana40 · May 22, 2008

So after reading a few posts yesterday, I was inspired by Plah's delightful writings, and headed off in search for one of the coveted trade tokens. I met Terri at a now empty lot and began sorting through the wild array of constant bleeps.

Took me almost three hours to find what my heart desired.

I did manage to find a few other keepers along the way....

A neat looking button with what looks like a lady picking fruit?

Three miners tags, two dog tags...'49 & 97, 1937 wheat and change that I forgot to include in the pic, compact lid, airplane and an acorn. Last dig of the day was a modern cent, and as I retrieved the cent, the black feather caught my eye.

Inspired, Nana

Re: Plehbah Inspired

Nice! It took me almost 25 years to find a Territory token...congrats! Now get back out there and sort through the rest of those signals.

Re: Plehbah Inspired

Congrats Nana, that's the way to pull em up! Glad you explained that the object in the first picture is a feather. I sat here looking at it thinking, "Is it a mountain with a reflection in the water?" What the heck is it! :tongue3:

Re: Plehbah Inspired

Really neat feather. At first i thaught it was an
island with pine trees, like maybe in Alaska.

Keep smokin',girl, you got that mxt tamed! Great looking site.Hope you went 'round and round' those trees. There's more there. When you find kid's stuff and older items, you know things have been lost/left there over a long period of time.Don't bruise that knee, now.

Re: Plehbah Inspired

Hello Nana!
That feather picture; I agree, my first thoughts were of mountains, oceans, and serenity!

Those miner tags; great job and thank you for the info! I've found several of various sizes and didn't know what they were.

Tokens are fun for sure and worth the effort but I'm with everyone else; think, think, think---gold!
