Plummet Stones

I found a stone along a river bank a few years ago with the groove around the center. As I presumed this was not possible to be a naturally occuring example of stones I pocket it. Today I came across this site and your theory of what it might be does make sense to me. I have over 13,000 artifacts in my collection but this is the only stone of this type.
