pocket knife how old is it

[aireee]

I found a pocket knife with a marlin spike attachment. On the blade it reads S. Appel and Co. on the blade it reads W.H Morley and other side has a clover on it. How old is it and does it have value??

Found a link talking about a knife with a clover and your W.H Morley. Take a gander.
