Police Investigate 2nd Elderly Assault Claim In 2 Weeks

What a surprise that my straight up, no nonsense question was ignored.. I'm shocked... lol.. If I didn't know better I'd think some folks were only here to throw insults and create drama.
 

What I see here, is TWO different "experiences"; SELF-DEFENSE (which I AGREE with), and "old-time, "WILD WEST", VIGILANTE "MOB ACTION" against "imaged threats" (Which I DO NOT AGREE with); it may well be that RURAL AREAS have WONDERFUL "Self-Defense" laws for such purposes. Law Enforcement "Response Times" varies, and ONLY a Judge can determine "appropriate actions"; all I CAN tell you, is that you DO NOT want to "do time" in a MAX Security Prison. THAT is why I cautioned "BAD/DIRTY COPS" in my PREVIOUS "post" in response to "Red's" earlier "post" about the "DIRTY Cops". Read & LEARN!

I am in Florida, I have a CWL and I know our laws...

Florida has stand your ground/castle law. We are not required to retreat and we are allowed the use of lethal force to defend our famlies, our lives, our homes, our cars, any citizen that is threaten, we are not required to retreat from any location we are lawfully allowed to be.

I would rather be judged by 12 than see my wife buried or crippled.....

There are1.5 million Fl residents now legally allowed to carry concealed....

I'm for capital punishment and I am for public excutions.

Everyone in juvenile dentition centers should be required to witness an execution so they see what the future holds for them if they continue on their path....

Get rid of the needle and go back to hanging, electric chair, gas or a firing squad....

Ohio has the castle law but says we have a duty to retreat in other situations. I believe in stand your ground laws. I myself or my family do dot want to be a victim. I have young children in the house so unless I'm carrying on my person I have to keep my guns locked up. At nite my .45 is in the dresser by the head of my bed in top drawer so I can get to it if needed. I carry 90% of the time because I am realistic about the crime these days even in rual areas. Just last fall an elderly couple about a mile down the rd was broken into during the nite by heroin junkies from a city 20 miles away looking for stuff to steal so they could get their drug. They were run off by home owner with a gun. Caught later that nite in a car they had stolen from another house down the rd. this is why we have to protect our selves this stuff happens even in the middle of the country. They try to get in my house with my kids sleeping in their beds they won't walk out just the way it is. These people will do anything for that drug including kill.

Just last week there was a man executed in ohio and it made national news because it took over 20 mins for him to die. The constitution protects against cruel and unusual punishment but says nothing about a painless death. I say this murderer got what he deserved for what he did to that women and her unborn child. That is just my opinion though. I agree with bringing back hanging and electric chair. The death penalty is a deterrent and these people have done unspeakable crimes to get to where they are.

I don't need a Judge to determine my "appropriate actions" ever. I'll decide appropriate action in real time. And I don't know of anyone who's posting "imaged threats". Were talking about real life happenings. And I agree with T.H. that public executions should make a comeback. And to hell with the needle.... don't waste time and just put a bullet into their head. And Bandit your never going to get a straight answer to a simple question (you know this).

So a simple question to find out where YOU stand on a subject you constantly feel the need to comment on is a trap ? The simple fact that you refuse to state your position is proof that your only reason for being here is to start arguments. How on earth can you constantly disagree with people's opinion when you flat out refuse to state what YOUR opinion is ? That is simply the most ridiculous thing I've read in awhile. I made a legitimate attempt to engage you in a normal conversation and discuss what your beliefs are with respect to self protection and a mans duty to protect his family and you refuse. You'd rather stand on a chair shouting "you're all full of it" without telling anyone what it is YOU believe in. OK.... :icon_scratch: And these punji traps you speak of... where was it you were exposed to those ? Just curious...

Ahhh but I did get an answer to my question... Sometimes the refusal to answer IS the answer.... It reveals the other persons motives. :thumbsup:
