pondering alternative sources of boxes...

I've been reading recently about trying credit unions and it sounds interesting... But has anybody ever tried ordering directly from brinks, guarda, or loomis? Just wondering before I give it a shot.

Not sure yet, though my family does own a retail store so maybe they'd deliver to our location? I live outside of philly, google told me that they have a "coin processing center" there so I dunno, maybe I could go to philly and just pick it up? It's a long shot but it might be worth it.

If your family retail store has a contract with Loomis for coin delivery/cash handling, then you should be able to get whatever coin you want. Don't be surprised if there is a per box fee. You will not be allowed to drive and pick up the coin at their center. Have you contemplated the security ramifications of letting ordinary citizens have access to a processing facility?
