Poor customer service from Raul and Kellyco

Called Kellyco for a price on an Ace 350 and Pro-pointer. Spoke with Raul and he was very curt. Was trying to get him to match a price and he would not budge and kept asking me if I was ready to order now. They supposedly have a price match/beat policy but I guess no one told Raul about this. Got an email from another rep, explained my problem and guess what, no reply. Bart at Big Boys is the best; fast, easy service and pleasant to talk to.

Bart does have fantastic service. Kellyco is a joke, and it seems like customer satisfaction is last on their list of priorities. And I just realized you can add shady to their list, as Bart's site is bigboyshobbies.net, but Kellyco must own bigboyshobbies.com as a redirect to their site...
