One more little thing. If he had returned the damaged machine within the 30 days:
Would Kellyco have examined it
If they did so and detected the damage would they have refused the return on account of the damage?
If they accepted it back, (with or without knowledge of the damage) would they have re-sold it as new?
What is Kellyco’s policy on re-sale of returned merchandise?
How many times has this detector been sold?
Surely they have records of such things - what do they have to say for themselves?
Any detector sold and return is sold as demo or used, return detectors are not sold as new again by Kellyco.
