Reason being the increasing "voice of opposition" or those who are opposed to anyone sharing their own experience on map dowsing methods here in the dowsing board. Right about in the center of the map, there seems to be some type of gemstone also.

From my file of definitions for marked spots...of course, gemstones come in many sizes and value, not sure if these are worth checking out.

Lilac colored line box (or solid filled circles) for rough (uncut) crystals and gemstones, jewels (cut, polished or faceted), pearls.

Maybe ask the local people if any important gemstones can be found this area. If so, you will need to dig for them.

No, might be small unimportant type or other semi-precious stones. Mexico has all kinds of gemstones and agates. If no know important gemstones in the area, move on to check for other sites.
