Possible CW era from camp

Hello was going through some of my old finds and came across this. I tried looking through my reference books but couldn’t seem to find anything matching it. The items looks damaged or possibly cut. Numerous CW bullets and other camp items were recovered from the same area. Thanks for looking and any help is appreciated.

Powder horn spout? Not necessarily CW specific, but still a cool dig.

Remember a good campsite during the CW was a good campsite long before and long after the war. Expect to find civilian items mixed in with war era relics.

I like how you titled it CW period. A lot of folks think because their mini ball or bullet is from that period is a CW find. Cool find
