🔎 UNIDENTIFIED possible horse rosette? any info greatly appreciated

was found in town along allyway in back yard... its a copper or brass disk and not sure if the center piece is glass or stone. not sure how to test for either.
the back has been cleaned looking for any markings and found none.

Not sure what it is.. maybe a brooch of some sort. I don't think it is a rosette though. Sure is pretty!

On the face value, I might agree, but the single point attachment sorta disqualified it from being such for me.
