Possible live rounds of Ammo found Id needed please

after Researching a local beach decided to do a search came across the usual fishing hooks etc then dug two bullets in a row they appear made of brass about 4 4 1/2 inchs with a ridge open but filled with some kind of material and RG LIA2 thanks for looking
