I am hoping someone can identify the rock in the photos or if this is a possible meteorite. This was found on the beach on Prince Edward Island the day after hurricane Dorian came through. It is not magnetic and does not pick up on a metal detector. 20190916_190631.jpg20190916_181621.jpg20190916_190720.jpg20190916_190950.jpg

I'm no expert but I believe a magnet will attract to most meteorites - even rare stony meteorites. That also means the will be detected by a metal detector.

Doesn't look like it, mu guess is a polymictic conglomerate which is basically a rock made of other rocks (small) held together buy a glue (more rock).

Try rock and gem forum good to ask and learn. I think that very few people really know all the rocks and debris that floats in space except the ones common to most of us
Good luck. Tommy
